In 2009-2019 wholesale market expert at the Office of Electronic Communication (NRA), responsible for SMP regulation and dispute resolution. In 2014 nominated as Head of the Broadband Projects Unit, responsible for adoption of wholesale access rules for broadband deployment supported by the EU funds.
Since 2019 in cooperation with leading wholesale operators as an independent expert and advisor in the field of regulatory affairs and broadband projects. Currently in cooperation with Fiberhost.
In 2021 leader and supporter for establishing Open Allies Foundation - a wholesale operators association.
