The FTTH Conference 2023 is scheduled as follows:
Targeting more than 3.500 participants from over 1000 companies and over 100 countries, the FTTH Conference 2023 is the largest meeting place in the world for fibre stakeholders. Happening over the course of three days, from 18 to 20 April 2023, the FTTH Conference 2023 attracts a broad and important representation of business leaders, technology experts, policy makers and investors from across the telecom ecosystem, and is the place to be to increase your network, establish new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest development in terms of fibre technology, regulations and investment strategies.
The first day of the event consists of 28 expert workshops organised by Members and Committees of the FTTH Council Europe, organiser of the event. On 19 and 20 April, multiple keynote speeches and 18 panel sessions will take place as part of an extensive conference programme covering the hottest topics for the FTTH industry. More than 150 senior speakers are expected to take part in high-level discussions over the three days, among which CEOs and technology experts from prominent European fibre operators, representatives from the regulatory world and European institutions, banks and investment funds.
A 2-Day exhibition will also take place on 19 and 20 April, where leading fibre technology vendors will showcase the latest innovations in terms of FTTH products & services.
A series of side activities are planned during the three-day event, including the mid-week networking party Fibration Night, taking place at PLATEA MADRID.

The FTTH Conference 2023 is happening on 18-20 April 2023 and will be held at IFEMA Feria de Madrid, in Spain, very well connected to the city center and only 5 minutes away from Madrid's Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport.

No, remote and virtual participation will not be available. With the intention of maximizing face-to-face exchanges, incentivizing networking opportunities and letting delegates benefit the most from in-person involvement, only in-person attendance will be possible.
We are happy to provide visa support documentation. To get yours, first please register and purchase your ticket then email Registration@ftthcouncil.eu and provide your confirmation code as proof of registration. If for any reason your VISA application is unsuccessful, we are able in these cases to fully refund your ticket.
To purchase your ticket for the FTTH Conference 2023, please visit our registration platform at this link. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your contact details, as well as to select your ticket type and select your payment method. If you have a discount code, you will be asked to enter this during the registration checkout stage. Please note that we cannot reimburse ticket holders who obtain a discount code after registering.
There are three types of tickets for the FTTH Conference 2023:
A 10% discount is available on 3-Day tickets and 1-Day Tickets until 28 February 2023. Please note that all prices listed are subject to 10% Spanish VAT.
There is no deadline for registering for the FTTH Conference 2023, as you can register on the days of the event itself. Depending on when you complete your registration, you might benefit from discounted rates and special offers. Click here to learn more about ticket types and conference rates.
Every exhibitor who has booked an exhibition booth receives an allocation of free tickets;
Moderators, conference and workshop speakers all receive free tickets. Conference speakers can be accompanied by a colleague of their choice, who also benefits from complimentary access to the event.

Member discount codes are available to all FTTH Council Europe member companies, if you believe you should have a member discount please contact info@ftthcouncil.eu to request your member code.
We also offer discount codes to policy makers, academics or students – if you think you qualify please send an email from your registered institution’s email address or with a copy of student ID to Registration@ftthcouncil.eu
Exhibition sponsors are also eligible for discounted tickets – if you are a sponsor company attendee please contact Registration@ftthcouncil.eu to request a special link to register.
In the first instance please ensure you check your spam/junk folders, if you are still unable to locate the confirmation please email Registration@ftthcouncil.eu to request it to be re-sent.
To add a Fibration Night ticket or upgrade a 1Day to a 3Day ticket you should log back in to your record and modify it – you can do this either using the “Modify Registration” link on your confirmation email, or by selecting “Already Registered” on the registration page. You should enter your Email and Confirmation code to access your record. Simply move through the registration and update your ticket selections and check out to pay the difference – the system will have recorded your original payment and will only charge you the difference in price.
Fibration night is only open to attendees who have a valid FTTH Conference 2023 ticket – if you are wishing to purchase Fibration Night tickets for your team the best way is to modify each registration as above. If you require an invoice please email Registration@ftthcouncil.eu. To request one, you will need to provide the names of all attendees who require a Fibration Night ticket to be added to their records. Please note this will incur a €75 admin charge.
Unfortunately, we are not able to apply discounts after registration has been completed.
To amend the details on your registration you should log back into your record and modify it – you can do this either using the “Modify Registration” link on your confirmation email, or by selecting “Already Registered” on the registration page. You should enter your email and confirmation code to access your record. Simply move through the registration and update your details as you need.
If you have made a mistake on your email you will not have received your confirmation code to allow you to log back in and correct your error – you will need to contact Registration@ftthcouncil.eu and provide the name of the attendee and the correct email for the error to be corrected.
Attendee information will only become visible within the "My FTTH Conference" mobile APP (the FTTH Council never sells attendee data to third parties). Once the APP is launched – approximately two weeks prior to the Conference – attendees that have agreed to be visible will show within the attendee list.

Once the APP is launched – approximately two weeks prior to the Conference – you will receive an email to activate your delegate profile. During the set-up process you will be asked to opt in or opt out of being visible to other attendees. It is important to note that if you are hidden you will not be able to engage with other attendees via the App. You can update your preferences at any time from the profile settings within the "My FTTH Conference" mobile APP.
Yes – you can register multiple attendees, start with your first attendee (making sure to enter your details in the section marked “I am registering on behalf of this person”), and then once you reach the end of their record you will see a button marked Add Group Member – this allows you to register another attendee, complete for as many people as you wish. You can then Check-Out for the group and pay in a single transaction. Please note that the receipts are generated per attendee and not per transaction, so you will need to access the Print Invoice link from each attendee Confirmation email – ensure you have completed the info “I am registering on behalf of this person” to ensure you are in copy of all confirmation emails).
We are able to provide an invoice for BACS payments, please note that there will be a €75 per invoice admin charge. Please email Registration@ftthcouncil.eu to request an invoice, confirming what type of ticket(s) you require and the full name and email of the attendee(s).
Invoices requests are submitted on a weekly basis and require a few days to be generated. Once the invoice has been sent, each nominated attendee will receive an email inviting them to register for their pre-paid ticket. Please check spam/junk folders for this email. Please allow 10 working days from time of request before following up the request unless any details have changed.
The payment system is external to FTTH Council Europe however we can assist if you have been double charged for a single registration – please email Registration@ftthcouncil.eu including a copy of your statement showing the double charge and we can assist to rectify the issue.
Within your confirmation email you will see a link that allows you to PRINT INVOICE – this will download a PDF copy to your device.
