Stefano Paggi has been Chief Technology & Operations Officer since December 16th, 2024. An electronic engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, in 2022 he established a management consulting firm. From 2016 to 2022 he held key positions in operations and network management at Open Fiber, before moving to procurement. He previously joined Telecom Italia in 1992 and worked at TIM until 2016. Over the course of more than 20 years, he led the company's transformation, rising from area manager to head of Open Access with some 20,000 employees. From 1989 to 1992 he worked at Biotronix as a Designer and Programmer, after graduating with a degree in Electronic Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome.
