As the Head of Business Management for Optical LAN at Nokia, he leads the strategic direction, business operations, and market development for Nokia's Passive Optical LAN (POL) solutions. His role focuses on aligning these solutions with the evolving needs of enterprise customers while staying at the forefront of industry advancements.  In addition to his leadership at Nokia, Stefan serves as the Chairman of the European Committee of APOLAN (Association for Passive Optical LAN), where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the adoption and development of Optical LAN technologies across the region.
