The FTTH Conference 2026 is scheduled as follows:
Targeting more than 3.500 participants from over 1000 companies and over 100 countries, the FTTH Conference 2026 is the largest meeting place in the world for all fibre stakeholders. Happening over the course of three days, from 14 to 16 April 2026, the FTTH Conference 2026 attracts a broad and important representation of business leaders, technology experts, policy makers and investors from across the telecom ecosystem, and is the place to be to increase your network, establish new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest development in terms of fibre technology, regulations and investment strategies.
The first day of the event consists of 24 expert workshops organised by Members and Committees of the FTTH Council Europe, organiser of the event. On 15 and 16 April, multiple keynote speeches and 18 panel sessions will take place as part of an extensive conference programme covering the hottest topics for the FTTH industry. More than 150 senior speakers are expected to take part in high-level discussions over the three days, among which CEOs and technology experts from prominent European fibre operators, representatives from the regulatory world and European institutions, banks and investment funds.
A two day exhibition will also take place on 15 and 16 April, where leading fibre technology manufacturers and vendors will showcase the latest innovations in FTTH products & services.

The FTTH Conference 2026 is happening on 14-16 April 2026 and will be held at Excel London, well connected to the city centre and London's Heathrow and City airports.

No, remote and virtual participation will not be available. With the intention of maximising face-to-face exchanges, incentivizing networking opportunities and letting delegates benefit the most from in-person involvement, only in-person attendance will be possible.
FTTH Council Europe can issue an invitation letter to support your visa application, provided you have already registered for the FTTH Conference 2026 and purchased your 3-day conference pass. Please note: you will require your Registration Confirmation number to complete the VISA letter application form, so please make a note of it when you register. You can find the Registration Confirmation number on the confirmation page after you register and in your confirmation email. Once you have registered, please complete the following VISA details form. Please note that if, for any reason, your VISA application is unsuccessful, we will be able to fully refund your ticket, provided you can prove that your visa application has been turn down.
To purchase your ticket for the FTTH Conference 2026, please visit our registration platform at this link. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your contact details, select your ticket type, and choose your payment method. If you have a discount code, please make sure you select the correct registration type on the first page. You will be asked to enter your discount code during the final registration stage. Please note that we cannot reimburse ticket holders who obtain a discount code subsequent to registering at the 'standard' rate.
There are three types of tickets for the FTTH Conference 2026:
A 25% early-bird discount is available on all tickets until 31 January 2026. Please note that all prices listed are subject to 20% UK VAT.
There is no deadline to register for the FTTH Conference 2026; you can register on the days of the event itself. However, depending on when you complete your registration, you might benefit from discounted rates and special offers. Click here to learn more about ticket types and conference rates.
Please note that we are unable to apply discounts retrospectively in case registrations have already been processed at the standard rate.
Every exhibitor sponsor who has booked an exhibition booth receives an allocation of free tickets.
Moderators, conference and workshop speakers all receive free tickets. Conference speakers may be accompanied by a colleague of their choice, who also receives complimentary access to the event.

Member discount codes are available to all FTTH Council Europe member companies. If you believe you should have a member discount, please contact info@ftthcouncil.eu.
We also offer discount codes to policy makers, academics or students – if you think you qualify, please send an email from your registered institution’s email address or with a copy of your student ID to registration@ftthcouncil.eu
Exhibitor sponsors are also eligible for discounted tickets – if you are a sponsor company attendee, please contact registration@ftthcouncil.eu to request a special link to register.
In the first instance please ensure you check your spam/junk folders, if you are still unable to locate the confirmation please email registration@ftthcouncil.eu to request it to be re-sent.
Unfortunately, we are not able to apply discounts after registrations have been processed at the standard rate.
To amend the details on your registration you should log back into your record and modify it – you can do this either using the “Modify Registration” link on your confirmation email, or by selecting “Already Registered” on the registration page. You should enter your email and confirmation code to access your record. Simply move through the registration and update your details as you need.
If you have made a mistake entering your email address you will not have received your confirmation code to allow you to log back in and correct your error – you will need to contact registration@ftthcouncil.eu and provide the name of the attendee and the correct email address for the error to be corrected.
Attendee information will only become visible within the "My FTTH" mobile APP (the FTTH Council never sells attendee data to third parties). Once the APP is launched – approximately two weeks prior to the Conference – attendees that have agreed to be visible will show within the attendee list.

Once the app is launched – approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the Conference – you will receive an email to activate your delegate profile. During the set-up process, you will be asked to 'opt in' or 'opt out' of being visible to other attendees. Please note: If you choose to 'opt out', your details will be hidden and you will not be able to engage with other attendees via the mobile app. You can update your preferences at any time in the app under profile settings.
Yes, you can register multiple attendees at once. Start with your first attendee (making sure to enter your own details in the section marked “I am registering for this person but am not the named attendee”) - once you reach the end of their registration, you will see a button marked 'Add Group Member' which allows you to register another attendee. Repeat this process for as many people as you wish*. You can then check out for the group and pay in a single transaction. Please note that receipts are generated per attendee, not per transaction, so you will need to access the 'Download Invoice' link from each attendee's Confirmation email - make sure you have completed the info “I am registering for this person but am not the named attendee” to ensure you are in copy of all confirmation emails. We can provide a summary of orders and receipts for your entire group upon request to registration@ftthcouncil.eu.
*If you are planning to register a group of 10 or more attendees, please reach out to registration@ftthcouncil.eu.
We are able to provide an invoice for BACS payments, please note that there will be a £75 per invoice admin charge. Please click here to complete the 'Invoicing Details Form' and we will raise you invoice for payment by BACS/electronic wire transfer. We will aim to process your invoice within 5 working days.
Invoices requesting payment by bank transfer are submitted to our accounting department weekly and require at least 5 working days to be generated. Once we receive payment (or proof of payment), we will share registration instructions for your attendees
The registration/payment system is external to FTTH Council Europe; however, we can assist if you have been charged twice for a single registration. Please email registration@ftthcouncil.eu, including a copy of your statement showing the double charge.
In your confirmation email, you will see a link to 'DOWNLOAD INVOICE'; clicking it will download a PDF copy of your receipt to your device.

No, we are holding the FTTH conference 2026 in London, United Kingdom. We are required to raise invoices in GBP.
Yes, you can upgrade your ticket by paying the difference between the original 1-day ticket and the 3-day ticket. You can modify your registration yourself by logging in to your existing registration record using your email address and confirmation number (please refer to your confirmation email), changing your ticket type, and paying the remaining amount. Please contact registration@ftthcouncil.eu for further information and support.
If you are unable to make payment by credit card, please contact registration@ftthcouncil.eu to request an invoice for bank transfer, or submit your request directly here.
Invoices will be raised weekly. Once we receive payment (or proof of payment), we will share registration instructions for your attendees.
Please note that invoices need to be requested by 31 March 2026 at the latest and will incur a 75 GBP admin charge. After this date, only credit card payments can be accepted.
Yes, as long as you have cancelled within the time period specified in the registration Terms and Conditions, we are able to issue a credit note. Please contact us at registration@ftthcouncil.eu.
You may cancel your registration in writing. If you cancel at least 28 days before the Conference, you’ll receive a refund less a 15% administration fee. Cancellations less than 28 days before the Conference are not refundable, but you can either nominate a substitute, transfer your registration to the next FTTH Conference, or use the fees as credit for other FTTH offerings (valid for up to 1 year). Please send your cancellation request to the FTTH Council Europe in writing at registration@ftthcouncil.eu at least two business days before the Conference start date. No refunds are provided for “no-shows” or for access denied due to policy violations or health/security risks.
Yes, Excel London offers on-site parking, but it is paid and requires pre-booking to guarantee a space.
