Zappter is a software developer for specialist software for FTTH networks. Originally, Zappter was a spin-off of one of the largest FTTH builders in Switzerland, cablegroup. They had developed their inhouse tech stack. Zappter then spun off and started commercializing their suite of specialized software products for FTTH builders and operators. Zappter has evolved into a low-code platform – this means that their architecture consists of more than 150 specific modules for telecom and FTTH operators (e.g., appointment booking, build documentation, provisioning) and Zappter is uniquely positioned to build flexible, low cost solutions for their clients. At this point, Zappter counts both small FTTH networks as well as large telecoms as their clients, both in Switzerland and internationally.
