Born in 1971, Cem Celebiler graduated from M.I.T. with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics. He started his career in 1994 at Sapient, a global IT consulting firm. In 1996, he founded NetOne Telekom (now TurkNet) and has been the Managing Director since. Aside of being the Managing Director of Turknet Communicaiton Services, Cem Celebiler has also been the Vice President and President of TID (the Turkish Internet Association) between 2005-2009. Celebiler currently is a board member of the European Competitive Telecommunications Association (ECTA) and the Turkish Competitive Telco Operators’ Association (TELKODER). He is fluent in English, French and Turkish and proficient in Dutch. Celebiler is a father of two daughters.
