Wojciech Z. Dziomdziora serves as General Counsel at Nexera, where he played a key role in establishing an innovative wholesale operator model for the Polish market. His extensive managerial and legal experience includes positions such as Counsel at DZP, a leading Polish law firm, and senior management roles at Orange Polska. He has also served as legal counsel at TVN, a prominent Polish commercial broadcaster. Additionally, Mr. Dziomdziora was a member of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) and Director of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Culture. Mr. Dziomdziora holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw, completed postgraduate studies at Jagiellonian University, earned an MBA from Kozminski University, and studied strategic management in the United Kingdom. His areas of specialization include telecommunications law, media law, new technologies, and regulated markets encompassing telecommunications, postal, and rail sectors. He is a member of The European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA).
