Richard Toper

A well-known expert in the telecommunications sector, Richard Toper has more than 40 years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on broadband networks. In the 80s, he worked with Nokia/Alcatel on the first generation of FTTH Networks and saw competition between operators develop. In 2002, Richard founded Setics, one of France’s major independent consulting firms dedicated to digital infrastructures and telecommunications. Richard Toper is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and TelecomParisTech. Richard is the President of Cercle CREDO, Interprofessional association which brings together all the professions and expertise in fibre optics technology.
