Christian Maher

Christian Maher Managing Director Mr. Maher is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s London office. Previously, Mr. Maher was a Managing Partner and co-founder of Oakley Advisory, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. He co-founded Oakley Capital Corporate Finance in July 2007 after spending 10 years with Investec’s investment banking division. During his time at Investec, Mr. Maher was a telecoms and technology equity analyst for six years, working on numerous IPOs and fundraisings and winning awards from Reuters, Institutional Investor, and Starmine. At age 29, he became Investec’s Head of Research. Mr. Maher holds a BA from Oxford University.
