Phaedra Kortekaas is Managing Director Netherlands at Eurofiber, a leading provider of open digital infrastructure across five countries. With over 25 years of international experience in digital transformation, B2B technology and services, IT consulting, and P&L leadership, she is passionate about driving value through secure, scalable, and future‑proof network and cloud solutions.

Before joining Eurofiber, Phaedra served as Managing Director Benelux at SAS Institute and previously held senior leadership roles at IBM Consulting, where she led large international accounts and the Netherlands organization. She began her consulting career at PwC Consulting after completing her PhD in Neuroscience and holds a Master’s in Human Biology, an MBA from Henley Management School, and a BSc in Marine Engineering.

Phaedra is also an active board member of NL Digital, the Dutch industry association for digital companies, where she chairs the Digital Government Committee and advocates for a strong digital future for the Netherlands.
