He drives the strategic evolution of NET Scan and NET Inhouse, advancing 3D digitization and AI-driven workflows to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability in infrastructure projects. In his previous role as Head of Custom Developments, he led IT integration initiatives for network operators and oversaw the automation of large-scale FTTH rollouts worldwide, managing complex international system and process landscapes.
