David is Managing Director of Prism Business Consulting Ltd, a full-service business consultancy providing support and advice to private and public sector clients. David has over 33 years’ executive leadership experience in blue chip organisations and major consulting firms, advising on and implementing transformation and next-gen initiatives, and assisting in industry research and strategy development. He has held CXO positions at 4 operators in the broadband sector and has been involved in several start-ups. A highly experienced business developer and strategic thinker, David is considered an expert on understanding market impact of strategic and 'disruptive' initiatives. He is a Board member of INCA (the UK Altnet trade body) and was Chair from June 2012 to May 2018, during which he helped establish ELFA, the European Local Fibre Alliance. Most recently, David and the Prism team have provided due diligence advisory support for several mergers and acquisitions in the market.
