Caterina Rahms is Senior Specialist ESG and Policies at Deutsche GigaNetz, responsible for complex, investor relevant, regulatory, and risk sensitive topics across the ESG and Compliance landscape. Over time, her role has expanded significantly and now includes leading key initiatives such as investor ESG reporting, annual corporate carbon footprint, Double Materiality Assessment, and the company’s internal ESG Steering Committee. She also manages strategic ESG dialogues with investors and drives the development of ESG action planning and KPIs. In addition, she strengthens the company’s overall governance framework by building and advancing key management and governance systems, leading cross functional initiatives, and coordinating enterprise wide interfaces. She supports the ongoing development of the Compliance Management System and serves as the operational point of contact for compliance related matters.
