Josh is Programme Manager for Telecoms at techUK, the UK’s technology trade association. In this role, he leads engagement across the telecoms sector, with a focus on fixed and mobile network deployment, digital infrastructure policy, and regulatory reform. Josh works closely with industry and government to identify and address barriers to deployment, supporting the rollout of resilient, high-capacity connectivity across the UK.
