Cristina is the Chief Executive of JRC, she focuses on supporting energy networks in deploying resilient wireless telecom solution for a smart and flexible grid for energy transition and security Cristina was previously the Director of Spectrum Policy and Analysis at Ofcom overseeing a wide range of projects to open access to spectrum for wireless broadband (Public and private mobile, WiFi and satellite). Cristina was the lead technical and spectrum resource supporting the CMA in the Voda-Three merger. Cristina has led the developments of Spectrum Group information and data strategy, focusing on making the data on spectrum use more accessible; identifying additional data necessary to inform Ofcom spectrum policies, and ensuring that they have the most appropriate analytical tools. Before joining Ofcom, Cristina worked for Red Bee Media where she had overall responsibility for market and competitor intelligence, market research and market sizing for strategic targeting. Prior to this she held group strategy/performance management positions at both Orange and O2. Cristina started her career in the automotive sector on the Fiat group graduate programme in the UK and Belgium
