Javier Guergue serves as a Policy Officer in the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission. Based in Unit C.4, he oversees State aid matters within the Information Technology, Communication, and Media sectors. Prior to joining the Commission in 2015, he held positions at the Spanish Ministry of Finance and in private sector consultancy. He is a Telecommunications Engineer.
