I am Senior Service & Contract Manager at Colt Technology Services, based in London, focusing on service excellence, operational performance, and strong customer outcomes. Alongside my role at Colt, I am a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion and community building. I am the global lead for Colt’s Pride Matters LGBTQI+ network, helping to shape strategy, deliver impactful events, and embed inclusion across the business. I am also the Chair of Pride Matters in Tech, a cross-industry LGBTQ+ network that brings together LGBTQI+ individuals and allies to drive collaboration, visibility, and meaningful change across the technology sector.
