Polly Weitzman

Polly is one of the UK’s leading experts in telecoms regulation. She advises CityFibre’s Board and has executive responsibilities leading the organisations Legal, Regulatory and Government Affairs. She joined CityFibre from Ofcom’s senior executive team after 15 years as its General Counsel. In that role, Polly was a key player in devising the regulator’s long-term strategy to encourage competition within the fixed telecommunications market. In overseeing all of Ofcom’s legal activities she provided advice across all areas of Ofcom’s legal and regulatory responsibilities. Earlier in her career, Polly was Head of the EC and UK Competition Law Department at the global law firm Dentons.
