I am known for my positive energy and my in-depth international HR functional and intercultural expertise for global companies in fast-paced industries. I have a bilingual German / US background and have lived and worked in Europe, Asia, US, Latin America and Oceania. My passion is fostering learning and individual growth, with a special focus on mentoring and coaching leaders, from career-starters to CEOs.
