Nicolas is a seasoned veteran in the realm of fiber optics, boasting over 14 years of hands-on experience and expertise in FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) operations. Originating in FTTH Open Access, the most complex operational model, he has navigated through Dark Fiber, Bitstream, VULA, but also vertically integrated models. Notable contributions include the development of innovative solutions like the "Virtual Optical Path" and obtaining a European patent around ONT Auto-activation. With a Master's degree from Skema Business School, Nicolas has seamlessly transitioned into roles as a project manager, solution architect, and now Service Solution Manager, bridging the divide between traditionally siloed domains within FTTH. Nicolas is a member of the FTTH Council Europe D&O Committee.
