Thomas Reynaud is CEO of the iliad Group. Thomas has been CEO of the iliad Group and a director since May 2018. He joined iliad in 2007 tasked with structuring the Group’s growth, and served first as Head of Business Development before becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2008 and then a Senior Vice-President in 2010.He played a key role in iliad’s launch of France’s fourth Mobile operator – Free Mobile – and its rapid growth, as well as the Group’s expansion outside France with the launch of iliad Italia in 2018 and the acquisitions of Play (2020) and UPC Polska (2022) in Poland. Since 2023 he has also been director of Millicom, a telecom services company that operates in nine countries in Central and Southern America.

He began his career in New York in 1997 before going on to become Managing Director in charge of the Telecoms and Media sector at Société Générale, where he advised European companies on their business development, and notably iliad at the time of its IPO. He is also a Board member of the Mozaïk Foundation, as well as an active supporter of the ScholaVie association which campaigns for positive schooling, and a partner of several innovative ventures in the agri-food sector.

Passionate about history and the French Revolution in particular, Thomas is a graduate of HEC business school and New York University. In his free time he enjoys mountain sports and running.
