Michael Dargue is a Vice President at Cartesian, a specialist provider of consulting services and managed solutions in the communications and digital media industry. Michael leads strategy consulting engagements for service providers, network operators, vendors, and regulatory authorities. He advises clients on investment opportunities, network economics and go-to-market planning. He has over 25 years of experience in telecoms during which time he has helped firms of all sizes to grow their business. Prior to Cartesian, Michael led an international team at Colt with responsibility for network strategy, network planning, and product development. Michael received his Bachelor of Engineering honours degree from the University of Bristol. He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the IET.
