Ines is currently the Deputy Head of the Vodafone Brussels office.  With more than 20 years working in the telecoms sector, she brings a wealth of experience in policy, regulation and public affairs.   She has spent more than 8 years in different positions in Brussels – as Case Handler at the European Commission, as Senior Analyst at Cullen International, and as Head of Regulatory Affairs at ECTA.   She also deep dived at national level with a stint as Head of Spectrum, Market Analysis and Numbering at national regulator ANACOM and Senior Manager for Vodafone Portugal. While in Portugal, she was a Board Member of national associations APRITEL and APDC.   Between 2014 and 2018 Ines also participated as ITU expert in Arab Regional Fora.   She is a lawyer by background, with a Master’s in EU Law from the College of Europe.
