An Electronic Dr. Engineer with a Master’s in Software Engineering, he worked for 12 years at CSELT and TIM in research, mobile network/service planning, and international technical activities. Since 2009, he has been working at AGCOM, focusing on M2M, network mapping – Broadband Map, regulation, and enforcing of roaming and international regulation. He is a member of several working groups of BEREC and the European Commission.
