I began my career as a test and calibration technician in a laboratory, focusing on optical devices and passive network elements. I then developed methodologies for FTTH construction and contributed to the technical annexes for the T-Mobile Czech Republic and CETIN cooperation agreement.  In my roles at CETIN, I have been responsible for network strategy, testing new technologies, and leading technical groups. My work includes practical testing, creating methodologies, and training employees. Currently, I focus on innovation and implementation, aiming to make FTTH construction faster and more cost-effective. I also participate in due diligence during network acquisitions.
