Matthias Büning, lawyer and Maître en Droit, is head of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at EWE TEL GmbH. He is responsible for legal affairs, regulation, data protection and compliance. After studying law in Muenster and Paris X (Nanterre) and completing his legal clerkship in Paderborn, he was a research assistant at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law at the University of Münster. He is co-author of the Beck Commentary on the German Telecommunications Act.
