I am the Deputy Head of DG CNECT's Unit for “Investment in High-Capacity Networks,” the unit within the European Commission that leads the implementation of CEF Digital. Our mission is to drive, stimulate, and support investments in high-capacity networks, fostering digital transformation across Europe. I have a strong background in digital policy, having contributed to the shaping of the Digital Decade, and extensive experience with digital networks, including telecom regulation and EU funding programs (CEF, InvestEU, RRF, and ERDF).
