Mr Godsmark is Co-Head of European Digital Infrastructure at Houlihan Lokey. Previously, Mr. Godsmark was a Managing Partner and co-founder of Oakley Advisory, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. He co-founded Oakley Advisory in 2007, having spent 10 years at Investec where he was Head of Telecoms Media and Technology in Corporate Finance. Through a near 20-year career in Telecoms and Digital Infrastructure M&A, Mr Godsmark has advised on more than 150 transactions with a combined Enterprise Value of greater than €20bn.
