Avi shapes our strategic direction as Colt continues to evolve and grow, and oversees our global brand and marketing, reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Keri Gilder. He plans and executes visionary programmes that deliver extraordinary outcomes. Avi joined Colt in Jan 2019 and held the positions of Chief of Staff to the COO and then CEO before transitioning into the role of Chief Strategy Officer. In these roles he has supported the development and execution of key strategic initiatives including the due diligence, integration, and business case delivery of the Lumen EMEA acquisition. Prior to joining Colt, Avi spent four and a half years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Management Consultant, advising global blue-chip companies, including multiple telcos, on their strategic priorities. He has also previously held various operational and engineering roles at General Electric. Avi holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School and a Bachelors in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
