I lead the mass rollout of FTTH across Flanders and Brussels at Wyre, driving one of Belgium’s most ambitious fiber deployment programs. With a career rooted in large scale network rollout programs, accelerating network innovations and transforming organizations, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operational delivery. Before joining Wyre, I built Fiberklaar’s rollout organization from the ground up, scaling operations, shaping partner ecosystems, and steering strategic shifts that boosted quality and speed. Earlier at Telenet, I held multiple roles across IT, network design, build, and field services, mobilizing teams around impactful change. I place strong emphasis on data accuracy and a synchronized digital twin of FTTH assets to ensure seamless delivery. I’m passionate about empowering people and forging strong partnerships to drive Belgians next wave of fiber growth.
