Nathan Rundle is the Chief Executive Officer of Gigaclear, the UK’s leading rural full-fibre broadband provider, dedicated to delivering ultrafast connectivity to hard-to-reach rural communities. He joined Gigaclear in 2018 as Delivery Director, later advancing to Chief Operating Officer before being appointed CEO in March 2024. Under his leadership, Gigaclear has significantly expanded its network, passing 600K rural premises and positioning itself as a key player in closing the digital divide between rural and urban areas. Nathan has been instrumental in driving rapid build growth, securing major funding, and ensuring the business continues to deliver strong operational performance, with over 160,000 customers in rural areas now benefitting from ultrafast broadband. Nathan has extensive telecoms experience from previous roles and this includes serving as Delivery Director at Openreach and as Head of Cost Transformation and Continuous Improvement at BT. He is known for his results driven approach and commitment to improving digital connectivity in under served rural communities. He has been instrumental in shaping Gigaclear’s long term strategy and remains a passionate advocate for the positive social and economic impact of full fibre broadband.
