Thomas Nogues is Executive Advisor for CableLabs based in Brussels focusing on members relationships especially with operators in Europe. He has been working closely with cable operators for the past 16 years being the Director of Technology for Cable Europe Labs. Prior to this, Thomas worked in the UK, France on Content Protection technologies, ASIC design and Middleware working for Motion Picture Association, NDS and STMicroelectronics. Thomas created back in 2010 the consulting company KERTOM to provide services to telecom and media companies. Thomas holds an engineering's degree in telecommunication from Telecom Paris, a degree in Applied Physics as well as an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
