Mr. Balázs Révész is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vodafone Albania. With over two decades of leadership experience across various industries, he has been instrumental in driving innovation, digitization, and customer satisfaction at Vodafone Albania. Under his leadership, the company has cemented its market leading position in both mobile and fixed markets, achieved leadership in customer experience through digitalizing its customer care and operations, and is contributing to the country’s digitization through rolling out 5G and fiber networks across Albania as we speak. Before his current role, Mr. Révész led Vodafone Hungary's Consumer Business Unit. He played a crucial role in the IT/business/digital transformation and the Liberty (UPC) integration, turning Vodafone Hungary into a fully convergent telco operation.
