Graduated from Nankai University in 2011, he has served as the head of the Optical and Quantum Lab of Huawei Munich Research Center, director of the Access Optical Technology Lab of the Optical Product Line, and chief architect of FTTR. He has 13+ years of background in optical access technology development and research. He has a deep understanding of the architecture, service, and technology evolution direction of optical access OLT, ODN, and home network systems. He has 40 + patents and 20 + international academic papers.
