I have a long history with rural development. One of the most critical thing in rural areas is connectivity. In order to live in the countryside or have any kind of business, the connections must be  functional and secured. Connections are also a critical security issue. Our ministry has been using EU’s rural funding (EAFRD/CAP) for the rural broadband deployment for several periods
