Erzsébet Fitori participates in:
Erzsébet Fitori is Group Head of EU Affairs & Relations of Vodafone since June 2020 and oversees the Brussels office and EU engagement of the Vodafone Group. Previously, Ms Fitori was the Director General of the Fibre To The Home (FTTH) Council Europe, representing over 160 technology innovators, fibre network operators and investors vis a vis the EU institutions, National Regulators and Governments and responsible for the thought leadership research of the organisation shaping digital policies. Prior to representing the fibre ecosystem, Ms Fitori was the Director of the European Competitive Telecommunications Association, the umbrella association of more than 100 pro-competitive operators across Europe. She oversaw ECTA’s public policy, regulatory and PR activities and was responsible for ECTA’s engagement with European and national policy makers. Erzsébet’s early career saw her as Head of Regulatory Affairs at Telenor Hungary in Budapest and Assistant Professor in the Department of European Law and Private International Law at the University of Miskolc in Hungary. Erzsébet holds an LL.M. in European Law from Leiden University and a Degree in Law from the University of Miskolc, Hungary. In addition to her native Hungarian she speaks excellent English, intermediate level German and basic French.
